“Everybody wants to be a cat!”
- Duchesses French Toast
- Toulouse and Berlioz’s Bacon
- Scat Cat Scrambled eggs
- Tom O’Malley’s Hair Balls (Donut Holes)
- Marie’s Milk
- Creme de la creme Edgar (Vanilla Ice cream)
It started out great! The girls were really excited about this one. And since it was breakfast food they knew they could help. Their job was mixing the French toast mix and dipping the bread.
We made way to much but it was a really good dinner. The girls devoured the donut holes and bacon.
Once we got everything situated we turned on our hard drive and we didn’t even have the movie! Lesson learned check to make sure we have the movie before sitting down to watch it. But Spencer came to the rescue and found it on YouTube….although it was in sections so we had to keep pressing play every 10 min.
Bella used to love this movie but neither one of them got into it this time for some reason. Since they are only 4 and 2 I can’t really expect them to not get distracted soi had to remind myself not to get frustrated. I think in the long run it will help them but they still need time. And I think it’s really important for us all to sit together as a family without the distraction of tablets and phones.
